About me

Social researcher, trainer and consultant in responsible tourism

As a child, I collected travel brochures; in my twenties, I set out to explore the world. My work as a social researcher has led me to live and travel in many countries, particularly across Europe and Africa.

Having witnessed the damage caused by poorly managed tourism, I have also seen its transformative potential when it becomes conscious and responsible.

For many years I worked in human rights and reproductive justice before training as a travel designer and specialising in sustainable tourism, bringing together my social expertise and my passion for travel.

What makes my work distinctive is precisely this social background, which I have chosen to bring into the world of tourism.

I constantly question assumptions, aware that reality is complex and rarely black and white. I don’t believe in checklists or simplistic distinctions between tourists and travellers. Tourism can be done responsibly, and travel can also be unethical.

I embrace complexity and believe that, step by step, change is possible.

We have power. Our approach makes a difference.
